Damien Terry
Damien Terry sits in the top 10% of his senior class as student-athlete at Ross Shaw Sterling High School. He will graduate in May of 2023 and attend Jackson State University to pursue a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Besides being the captain of the Sterling football team, Damien participates in numerous extracurricular activities. He handles the morning announcements, serves as the student body president, and was voted Sir Sterling.
When he is not playing sports or leading corporate groups, Damien is spending time with his family or earning community service hours by volunteering at on-campus events.
Summer Calles
Summer Calles is a student-athlete at James E. Taylor High School and will graduate in May 2023. Summer will pursue her academic and athletic career at A&M-San Antonio majoring in Criminology and playing soccer for the Jaguars.
Summer is active in her extracurricular activities at James E. Taylor High School. She is on the Mustangs Soccer team, where she was awarded Academic All-District, All-District 2nd team, and Honorable mention. Summer participates in the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. In her free time, Summer enjoys playing video games and practicing calligraphy.
David Ordim
David Ordim is the youngest in a family of five. David and his family moved to the U.S. from Nigeria in 2017, facing a new life and country. In middle school, while adapting to a new home and country, David received awards for his participation in soccer, science, and Spanish. As High School approached, his attention transferred to football and track where he was a leader in athletic ability and character.
David will graduate in May of 2023 as a student-athlete from Northbrook High School. He plans to attend the University of Houston where he will pursue his dream career as a Civil Engineer.
Jabari Ellison
JaBari Ellison is a student-athlete that is not afraid to tackle challenging tasks. JaBari will graduate from Dickinson Highschool in May of 2023 in the top 3% of his senior class. He will then be pursuing his academic and football career at Rice University.
JaBari participates in numerous extracurricular activities, including being a member of the Gator football team, where he was nominated as the 2022 Defensive MVP and captain of the 2021 Track team.
Jabari was selected among Dickinson High Schools Junior and Senior students to represent Dickinson High School as their future leaders of tomorrow.
