  2. High school transcript

  3. Two (2) Recommendation letters from current school teacher/administrator and a letter from your current coach

  4. Essay:  Submit an essay explaining what diversity means to you and how it has impacted your life

Candidates selected for the next phase of the application process will be interviewed.
